Role Overview
The Head of Product owns the product direction and user experience at PeerZu. This role is responsible for translating student needs into clear product decisions and ensuring the platform is intuitive, useful, and continuously improving.
You will work closely with the Founder and Engineering Lead to shape the roadmap and ship features that matter. This is a high-ownership role with direct influence on what gets built.
What You'll Do
- Own and maintain the PeerZu product roadmap
- Collect and analyze user feedback through interviews and testing
- Prioritize features and improvements based on impact
- Define user flows and improve overall UX
- Write clear product requirements for Engineering
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Growth, and Design
- Ensure product decisions align with student needs and business goals
