Role Overview
The Head of Growth owns user acquisition, activation, and retention at PeerZu. This role is responsible for designing and executing growth strategies that turn PeerZu into a widely used platform across UCLA.
You will work closely with the Founders, GTM, and Social teams to drive real user growth and engagement. This is a high-ownership role with real impact on the direction and success of the product.
What You'll Do
- Own and execute PeerZu's growth strategy
- Design and test growth experiments across campus
- Optimize the user funnel from awareness to activation
- Analyze growth metrics and user behavior
- Manage and coordinate Social Media Managers
- Collaborate with GTM on launch and distribution efforts
- Identify scalable growth opportunities within UCLA
